This book tells the story of how at the age of fifteen the author became aware of a need for something more than what ordinary life could provide and began his search for the meaning of existence.
Having passed through a number of trials, privations and hardships in the course of his search, he came upon a Sufi Master and set out on the path of a spiritual and mystical quest.
At the age of forty-six the author became a Master of the Sufi path and opened Sufi School International Spiritual and Mystical Practices, where he conducts training for those who seek to understand their own nature and to learn the Truth.
A separate section is devoted to practices within the Sufi path, and inner obstacles that may impede the student’s progress.

The sketches presented in this book contain practically no full biographical information of any kind about the lives of its subjects. They are devoted to research about their mission, message and what the Sufis call the Work. I wrote about those whom I consider to be really great mystics although not all of them are recognized as such. I didn’t begin to limit myself to only an analysis of the activity of specific Teachers, but included in the book several essays on the later stages of the Sufi Way and methods of transmitting knowledge. In my view, they enable the reader to understand more fully and deeply the situation in which any real mystic finds himself. In this book, I propose answers to many questions that I know for sure torment many seekers. I hope that it will be useful to them as for all those in general who are interested in the Way – in the widest most sense of that word. After all, the experience of the Work of every mystic is the most valuable knowledge, available to us in an ordinary state of perception.

Konstantin Usov was born on May 14, 1971.
At the age of fifteen he became aware of a need for something more than what ordinary life could provide and began his search for the meaning of existence.
Having passed through a number of trials, privations and hardships in the course of his search, he came upon a Sufi Master and set out on the path of a spiritual and mystical quest.
At the age of forty-six Konstantin Usov became a Master of the Sufi path and opened Sufi School International Spiritual and Mystical Practices, where he conducts training for those who seek to understand their own nature and to learn the Truth.
He surrenderd his will to God’s Will due to his own efforts and to a mystical transmission, which had a significant impact on his spiritual and mystical path.
In 2017, the Master wrote A Book for Princesses and Sufis, which is a brief autobiography. A separate section of the book is devoted to practices within the Sufi path, and inner obstacles that may impede the student’s progress.
Sufi School International Spiritual and Mystical Practices presents a system of teaching the spiritual and mystical Path and gives the opportunity to those who need it to gain personal experience.
The practices used have been adapted for teaching the modern person according to their inner state.
The selection of practices accounts for the student’s personal degree of preparation and potential, making the teaching process at the School individual and flexible.

A los 15 años se dio cuenta de que necesitaba algo más de lo que la vida ordinaria le podía ofrecer y comenzó a buscar la razón de ser.
Pasando por muchas pruebas, privaciones y sufrimientos en el curso de su búsqueda, se encontró con un Maestro sufí y emprendió el camino de una travesía espiritual y mística.
A la edad de 46 años, Konstantin Usov se ha convertido en un Maestro del camino sufí y ha abierto la Escuela sufí internacional Las Prácticas Espirituales y Místicas, y comenzó a enseñar a las personas que quieren aprender su propia naturaleza y conocer la Verdad.
Gracias a una transmisión mística recibida que influyó significativamente a su camino espiritual y místico, así como a sus propios esfuerzos, llegó a entregar su voluntad y aceptar la Voluntad de Dios.
En 2017 el Maestro escribió «Un libro para Princesas y Sufís», el cual es su autobiografía breve. Una sección separada del libro está dedicada a las prácticas del camino sufí y a los obstáculos internos que pueden impedir el progreso del estudiante.
La Escuela sufí internacional Las Prácticas Espirituales y Místicas presenta un sistema de enseñanza del Camino espiritual y místico y da la oportunidad a aquellos que lo necesitan para adquirir experiencia personal.
Las prácticas utilizadas son adaptadas para la enseñanza de la gente moderna de acuerdo con su estado interior. El nivel de preparación y el potencial del estudiante se están tomando en cuenta en la elección de prácticas, haciendo que el proceso de la enseñanza en la Escuela es individual y flexible.

À l’âge de 15 ans il a réalisé la nécessité de quelque chose de plus grand que la vie ordinaire peut apporter, et a commencé à chercher le sense de l’existence.
Après avoir passé par beaucoup d’épreuves, difficultés et tourments au cours de sa recherche, il a rencontré un Maître soufi et s’est engagé sur la voie de la quête spirituelle et mystique.
À 46 ans Konstantin Usov est devenu un Maître de la voie s oufie, a ouvert l’École soufie internationale « Les Pratiques Spirituelles et Mystiques », et a commencé l’enseignement des personnes qui veulent comprendre leur propre nature et découvrir la Vérité.
Grâce à une transmission mystique reçue, qui a fortement influencé sur sa voie spirituelle et mystique, et aussi avec ces propres efforts il est arrivé à délivrer sa propre volonté et à accepter la Volonté de Dieu.
Le Maître a écrit « Le Livre pour les Princesses et les Soufis » en 2017, qui représente une courte autobiographie. Un chapitre distinct est consacré aux pratiques sur la voie soufie et aux obstacles intérieurs qui peuvent empêcher le disciple de les réaliser.
L’École soufie internationale « Les Pratiques Spirituelles et Mystiques » représente une système d’enseignement de la Voie spirituelle et mystique et donne la possibilité d’avoir sa propre expérience à ceux qui en ont besoin.
Les pratiques utilisées sont adaptées à l’enseignement de l’hom me moderne en accord avec son état intérieur. Le niveau de la préparation individuel et le potentiel du disciple sont pris en compte lors du choix des pratiques, ce qui rend le processus d’enseignement dans l’École individuel et flexible.
